Absolutely. JustSell handles both B2B and B2C seamlessly on one platform. You can have different pricing, ordering workflows, and customer experiences for trade customers versus retail consumers, all managed from a single system.
B2B (Business-to-Business) trade involves selling to other businesses, often in bulk with negotiated pricing, credit terms, sales rep tools and bulk ordering. B2C (Business-to-Consumer) focuses on individual consumers. JustSell handles both natively, so the same product can sell on a public retail storefront and a private trade portal at different prices.
JustSell combo supports the full B2C consumer toolkit (cards, digital wallets, Apple Pay, Google Pay, buy-now-pay-later, open banking) alongside the B2B trade toolkit (direct debit, net-30 invoicing, account credit limits, PO numbers). You pick the payment provider that works best for each side, with no platform lock-in and no per-transaction commission either way.
Yes. JustSell offers seamless integration with major marketplaces including Amazon, eBay, Etsy and more. Manage all your sales channels from one platform with synchronised inventory and orders, across both your B2C storefront and B2B portal.
Beyond saving thousands in commission fees, JustSell offers built-in B2B and B2C features that Shopify Plus charges extra for through apps. You get dedicated support (not tiered), native mobile apps for customers and sales reps, unlimited custom pricing tiers and a platform built for combined B2B + B2C workflows, not retrofitted from a B2C-only system.
Yes. JustSell uses a fixed monthly subscription instead of taking a percentage of each order, on either the retail or the wholesale side. A consumer placing a small basket and a wholesale buyer placing a five-figure order both cost you zero in platform commission.
JustSell is a fixed monthly subscription, not a cut of your sales. A distributor processing £20,000 of orders and one processing £2m both pay zero platform commission. You only ever pay your chosen payment provider's processing fee, which you control. Compared with platforms that take a percentage of every order, the saving on distribution volumes is substantial.
Yes. Run a private trade portal with customer-specific pricing and credit accounts alongside a public retail storefront, from one product catalogue and one shared stock pool. Trade customers log in to see their prices; the public sees your RRP. One back office, one inventory, never oversold.
Absolutely. Set contract pricing, tiered volume discounts and customer-specific price lists that apply automatically the moment a trade customer logs in. No more emailing spreadsheets or hand-keying special prices, every account sees exactly what they have been agreed.
Yes. JustSell is built for big distribution catalogues, thousands of SKUs, variants, pack sizes, minimum order quantities and fast search, so buyers find and reorder bulky baskets quickly. Stock syncs in real time across web, app and any marketplaces you sell on.
Yes. JustSell shows live availability across every depot and warehouse, synced from your ERP, so reps and trade buyers never oversell. Orders can route automatically to the nearest location with stock, which cuts delivery times and carriage across your network.
Yes. Distribution runs on credit, so JustSell supports trade accounts with credit limits, net-30 / net-14 terms, PO numbers and on-account checkout. Orders that would breach a limit can be held automatically, and your finance team sees exposure across every account.
Most distributors are live within weeks, not months. Our onboarding team imports your catalogue, configures your trade pricing and connects your ERP/EPoS, then trains your team. The platform is built around how trade distribution actually buys.
Yes. JustSell is suitable for manufacturers selling to distributors, wholesalers, retailers, dealers, trade customers and business buyers. You can manage customer accounts, trade pricing, repeat ordering and product catalogues from one connected platform.
Yes. You can set up customer-specific pricing so each account sees the correct price when they log in. Set contract pricing, tiered volume discounts and per-account price lists once, and JustSell applies the right price automatically, while the public still sees your RRP.
Yes. JustSell supports B2B trade ordering and B2C direct-to-consumer selling from the same platform, with one product catalogue and one shared stock pool. Trade customers log in to see their prices; the public sees your retail prices.
Yes. For products that need options, a custom specification or a price on application, buyers can send a product enquiry or quote request straight from the product page. Your team confirms the specification and pricing, then turns the agreed quote into a live order, so made-to-order lines sit alongside your standard catalogue and stocked ranges.
Yes. You can build detailed product pages with descriptions, images, product codes and SKUs, specifications, datasheets, safety sheets and other documents, so buyers have everything they need before placing an order.
Yes. The sales rep app helps field and van-sales teams support customers, view account information, check live stock and pricing and create orders while working in the field, with offline capability for poor-signal sites.
Yes. JustSell supports ERP and accounting integrations with systems such as SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Sage, Xero and QuickBooks, alongside stock, payment and CRM tools, so your online ordering stays connected to the rest of your business instead of running as a separate island.
Most manufacturers start by loading their product catalogue, setting trade and retail pricing and inviting existing trade accounts to log in to their portal. From there you can add a public storefront, a branded ordering app and a sales rep app. Because it is one platform for B2B and B2C, you do not need separate systems for wholesale, distributor, dealer and direct customers.
It is a native add-on, not a separate product. Every asset already in your JustSell Rental fleet appears in the Repairs Module automatically. Repair jobs, downtime and inspection schedules feed straight into rental availability, so a unit that is in for service is automatically blocked from being booked. You keep one login, one customer database and one fleet.
Yes. The Assets/Repairs Module is a native add-on to JustSell Hire & Rental, not a standalone product, so it runs on top of an active Hire & Rental subscription. That is what lets repairs and rentals share one fleet, one customer database and one login.
Yes. Every repair job captures parts consumed (with your stock cost) and engineer hours (at your loaded labour rate). Costs roll up to the asset, so you see what each individual unit has cost you across its lifetime, broken down by service, repair and inspection. That is what lets you decide whether to keep, repair or replace a unit on actual data rather than gut feel.
Yes. Schedule any inspection or service by calendar date, engine hours, mileage or rental count. The system fires reminders ahead of the due date, raises the job automatically, and blocks the asset from rental once it falls overdue if you choose. Common cases: MOTs and services on vehicles, LOLER on lifting equipment, PAT testing on electrical kit.
Yes. For chargeable repairs such as customer-caused damage or end-of-hire wear, you can send a quote by email or SMS. The customer reviews the photos, the line items and the total, and approves digitally with a tap. Nothing is ordered and no labour is booked until the approval is in, and the signed approval attaches to the job for billing later.
Yes. Each engineer works from a mobile workbench showing their prioritised job queue, with the asset history, fault and parts list attached. They log parts consumed, hours worked and before/after photos as the job progresses, and the office sees those status updates in real time.
Yes. Engineers can be internal staff or external sub-contractors. Each engineer has their own queue, labour rate and performance reporting. For third-party engineers you can choose what they see, often just their own jobs, with no access to wider fleet data or customer information.
Out of the box: downtime per asset and per asset type, repair frequency, lifetime cost per unit, engineer productivity, scheduled maintenance compliance and overdue inspections. You can slice by depot, by customer, by asset class and by date range, and everything exports to CSV or feeds your accounting system.
The Assets/Repairs Module is sold as a monthly add-on on top of an active JustSell Hire & Rental subscription. There is no per-job fee, no per-asset cap and no commission on repairs you bill to customers. A one-time setup and integration fee may apply depending on fleet size and whether historical service records need migrating in.
